Susie grew up in Chatham, NJ, and Wayne, PA attending Long Hill Chapel (NJ) and Church of the Savior
(PA). She attended Wheaton College (IL) where she earned a BA in English Literature in 1995. She taught school for two years while earning an MEd from Eastern University (St Davids, PA) in 1998 before she embarked on a career in business.

In her 25+year career, Susie has held senior and executive positions in Finance, Operations, Technology, and Marketing at such well-known publicly held companies as Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, and RBS, and has also spent time at several privately-held entities including Juniper Bank, Vertex Business Services, and Activus Connect. She earned her MBA from Columbia School of Business (NYC) in 2004.

Susie lives in Ridgefield, CT with her husband Jeremy (Bob Webber’s stepson), two sons, Briggs (13) and Dash (11) who are homeschooled, and two labrador retrievers. She is an avid skier and tries to spend as much of the winter as possible on a mountain. The family spends summers at Bethany Beach in Sawyer, MI.
