God’s Story . . . is God’s incarnate embrace. When God created the world, he had a vision for us humans and for the whole creation. This vision was rejected at the fall, but God became involved in history to restore his vision. His Story deals with God’s recovery of his vision for the world through his own two hands—Jesus and the Spirit.
